Tina Gridiron serves as a strategy director for Lumina Foundation. In this position she actively seeks to increase the postsecondary preparation, access and success of all students. As a California native, Tina has worked for various colleges and universities, including UC Berkeley, Calif. State University Chico, Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Stanford University. With over 10 years of experience as a grant officer for Lumina Foundation, she currently leads Lumina’s Latino Student Success effort, co-direct’s Lumina’s Minority Serving Institutions – Models of Success effort, and actively supports several additional projects designed to advance Lumina’s Goal 2025 agenda. She also serves as an active member of the Indiana Blacks in Philanthropy, is a board member for the Indiana Grantmakers Alliance and is an executive board member for the national Grantmakers for Education. Tina received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and two Masters Degrees from Stanford University.
