As President of Community Wealth Partners, Sara guides the organization’s strategic direction to solve social problems at the magnitude they exist and oversees the firm’s partnerships and consulting business. Sara leads a talented team with a research agenda to help the sector gain a deeper and practical understanding of what it takes to solve social problems, while partnering with leading change agents in foundations and nonprofits across the country to grow their impact and solve community problems. With nearly 20 years of experience in consulting for nonprofits, for-profits, foundations and the government, Sara has worked extensively in the health and human services sector. She is a frequent speaker on topics of collaboration, sustaining impact and innovation, and leadership. She authored the MIT Innovations article, “The Art of Sustaining Social Innovation,” and was a chapter contributor to “Social Innovation and Impact in Nonprofit Leadership.” Sara received her MBA from Georgetown University and her BA with Honors from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
