Policy advocates and artists may seem to be…very different kinds of people. But at crucial moments in history, artists and advocates have joined to create shared cultural experiences that ignite social change and remake the world.
Artists can tap into new audiences and connect deeply with them. On the other hand, advocates can give artists’ ideals a strategic framework and real-world results. In this session, learn how advocates in the charitable sector have partnered with visual artists, musicians, and writers to communicate crucial issues in a way that engages audiences and builds visions of a better future.
The session is part of the Public Policy Action Institute pre-conference program. Additional registration is required.
